Signing in
Use the Rekflix username and password supplied by your library host. Your Apple Account and Mac login are separate accounts. If you need access or a password reset, email support@rekflix.club or contact your library host. Never send your password with a support request.
Connection problems
Make sure your device has an internet connection and the library host’s server is online. For a private test connection, keep Tailscale connected. Use the address supplied by your host; a private server address will not work outside its configured network.
Playback and subtitles
Open a film to choose an available edition, audio track or subtitle track before playback. If playback fails, report the film title, edition, device, app version and the error message to your host. Subtitle availability varies by film and edition.
Your account
Email support@rekflix.club to reset your password, revoke access or request deletion of your account and viewing data. Signing out removes the saved login from the iOS app; it does not delete the server account.
